Bucks Fire & Rescue Safeguarding: Hoarding

During this bite size session delegates will gain an understanding of the Safeguarding responsibilities of Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, what they do, and how and when to contact them, including facilitating a Hoarding support group, the issues relating to hoarding, both those with lived experience of hoarding and those who care for people with hoarding.

The session will be led by Karen Lock, the Community Safety and Partnership Officer. Karen has vast knowledge and experience having worked at Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service for 21 years and is the Co-founder and facilitator of Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue service Person Centred Hoarding Support Group.

Following her presentation Karen will answer questions from delegates.
