The multi-agency allegations management training will provide attendees with an opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of the allegations management process, the role of the LADO and their responsibilities as employers.  This training will follow a single LADO case to look at how processes are applied and incorporate;

Please note this course does not include refreshments other than water, delegates are encouraged to bring a hot drink if they wish.
